    Delivery Reservation Form 2023

    To Reserve a Delivery date, please provide: 1. Organization Name 2. Delivery Address 3. Your top 3 preferred Delivery Dates. We will contact you with available dates if one of your top 3 are not available. You will be notified within 1-3 business days with your reserved date.

What Does it Look Like in Action?

Here is an idea of what our pie or doughnut Traditional Program, looks like in action: 
  1. Download the order forms and pass them out to your group of sellers. 
  2. Determine a selling price. The pricing listed is your cost with minimum a purchase requirement included.  We suggest a re-sell price between $12.00 -$15.00 Remember, only one flavor per box.
  3. Collect CASH ONLY at time of sale - we cannot accept checks written to us.
  4. Tally up orders and call or email us your final tally! We require 3 days advance notice for pick-up or delivery for Donuts, 7 days advance notice for pie orders, and proof of payment 3 days in advance. Note that pie deliveries cannot be made on Tuesdays due to our production schedule.
  5. Payment options are Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order. Purchase Orders can be accepted on School letterhead. Sorry, no personal checks. Credit Cards may be accepted, but will be subject to a 5% processing charge. Thank you for your understanding!
